In an effort to recognize Latine excellence in Real Estate, NAHREP releases an annual list of top producing Latine agents and mortgage originators from across the United States. Every year, NAHREP’s in-house marketing team is tasked with creating this annual report to recognize the award recipients in full. This project called for a layout overhaul to accomodate for a growing number of nominees and regional accessory lists. The result was a dynamic file with room to grow: each page spread accommodating 50 recipients and each accessory list layout accommodating up to 100 recipients.

Both the Mortgage Originators and Agents Award reports would sport the same design style with inverted palette distribution as to ensure a cohesive brand. The reports themselves were designed a 3-column grid as to ensure a maximum of 50 names per page with ample breathing room.
